Quantum Energetics and Spirituality

Volume 1

On the path to higher consciousness and mastery of life in our quantum universe, I suggest that there are numerous ways of consciously ascending intentionally into a higher dimension of being. I’ve attempted to understand this process from an energetics perspective, which provides an understanding in terms of basic quantum physics. By understanding the wave patterns that we feel in our emotions, we can learn to shape and direct the energies in our presence toward high-frequency vibrations of wonder, magic, love and joy.

Volume 2

In this volume we begin with the understanding that quantum physics has shown that the empirical world of physicality consists of a reality of electromagnetic wave patterns recognized and held in the consciousness of all of humanity. The implications are mysterious and enormous for our understanding of how life is created in our consciousness. This knowledge had been the exclusive purview of Christian mystics, Islamic Sufis, Tibetan Mahayana Buddhist Rinpoches, yogis, shamans and spiritual adventurers. Now, however, science and spirituality have united in understanding that consciousness is the basis of everything.

Volume 3

In this volume I invite you to come with me on the inner journey to realization of our expanded Self. Examining life from a perspective of quantum energetics enables us to see through some of the distractions and deceptions that normally keep us enthralled. Once we become adept at feeling the quality of energy within and around us, we can choose wisely how to encounter it, and whether to align with it or transform our perception. It is from within our own Being that we can know the truth about who we really are in our expanded Self and become the masters of our lives. The subject of this book is the quest to penetrate our limits (which are all self-imposed) and free ourselves to enjoy our unlimited awareness and creative abilities.

Volume 4

This book builds upon the foundation established in the previous three volumes of this series. As we develop our mental and emotional mastery through our realization, we transform our own lives and become powerful transformers of humanity. We can know that our awareness is eternal and infinite, and our creative ability is unlimited. We just need to stop sabotaging our creative efforts with our doubts and fixations. Considering how deeply programmed we are, the process of becoming completely positive is a challenge, but it is transformative for every aspect of our lives, and there are many ways of achieving this. We analyze the spectrum of our human situation and provide a means for mastering it and realizing our nature as our eternal presence of awareness with infinite creative power in alignment with the life-enhancing conscious life force constantly flowing through the heart of our Being.

Volume 5

Once we realize the truth of who we are, we can no longer be victims. We become masters of our lives. We can understand the play of consciousness that we are involved in. As we direct our state of being and act out our destined roles, we create the qualities of our experiences by the way we are, primarily how we feel and what we believe about ourselves. Realizing the dualistic, empirical world as our reality, and believing that nothing exists beyond our empirical experience, prevents us from awareness of a greater reality. If we want to open our awareness to a greater understanding and mastery of life and knowing our essence beyond time and space, we must pay attention to the consciousness of the source of our life-force. This helps us transcend dualistic limitations and open to infinite consciousness. These are the impressions that I discuss in this book. The essays are presented in the order that they came to be. There are no chapters. It is all a chapter in life.

Introduction

One day I sat down in front of my computer and asked my guides and angels and my higher Self to inspire me to communicate deep understanding of life and guidance for expanded consciousness for everyone. Insights from Quantum Physics

Quantum Spirituality

The birth of quantum physics brought science and spirituality into alignment. It was the realization by physicists that photons have consciousness, and not just limited consciousness, but awareness of the entire cosmos. This is easy to prove by a simple experiment. A photon is a sub-atomic quantum of light that has no mass, but has velocity, momentum and vibratory frequency. Physicists projected a beam of light toward an opaque wall with two slits in it. The light passed through the two slits onto a photographic plate. The plate showed interference between the two streams of photons after they passed through the slits. When one of the slits was covered, the stream of photons showed no interference. This showed that photons act as energetic waves with frequency patterns. When a single photon was projected onto the wall with two slits, it showed an interference pattern, indicating that this indivisible photon was able to find all available pathways through the wall and be in two places at the same time, while landing on the photographic plate in a single flash of light. The photon knew when one slit was open and when two slits were open. When passing through one part of the experiment, it knew what was happening in the entire experiment. It did this only when it was unobserved in the process of traveling, displaying the interference pattern of a wave. When a detection instrument was set up to observe the photon, the photon immediately appeared as a particle and passed through only one of the slits. It knew when it was being observed. The photon demonstrated that it was aware of the entire experiment and knew when to adjust its expression between being an observable particle of light or an unobserved wave that can only be known by the trail that it leaves behind. This experiment works just as well with electrons, protons and countless other sub-atomic particles or waves. This suggests that every sub-atomic entity knows the quantum state of the entire universe. The quantum world is entirely sentient. Each of its parts is aware of the whole. This implies that there is no empirical world apart from our observation. It exists in form only in our recognition. Apart from our awareness, everything is energy wave patterns. The only way for photons to know when they’re being observed is if they are conscious beings. In the quantum world, each of the parts is aware of the whole. A single photon is aware of the quantum state of the entire universe instantaneously always. It has this quality, because it is part of the universal consciousness, in which we are also participants. By participating in the empirical world, we experience material proof of our creative ability, if we are perceptive and aware of the interactions of our thoughts, intentions, beliefs and emotions. Our experiences are all a result of our personal energy signature, which develops from our focus of attention. Once we realize this, we can create a world of light and love in our personal consciousness, which also flows into the consciousness of humanity and the entire cosmos. We’re beginning to realize who we really are. The entire cosmos is conscious, and we interact with it in my – riad ways that alter the appearance and experience in our own consciousness

The Greatest Discovery in All of Science

This is a quantum universe. Everything in it is part of quantum theory, and universal consciousness is the first cause of it all. Everything is electromagnetic energy, and all of the energy patterns are held in consciousness. Each smallest constituent part is a fractal of the whole. The subject of quantum physics is identifying the smallest parts of an entity and understanding its nature and its part in the whole of existence. In every case we come to the understanding that there is no objective world that we perceive, except for the conceptions inside of our minds. We are all collectively dreaming together the empirical realm. We collectively hold the fundamental energies in the frequencies of the electromagnetic wave patterns that we perceive. The quality of our experience is created in our consciousness. We participate and contribute our life force to the structure of the empirical realm. What is real for us is what we observe and recognize. We create our own experiences by our recognition and imagination, and we modulate the energies with our emotions. In quantum mechanics there is no time—there is only the present moment. Consciousness of the present moment encompasses universes and all of their fundamental fractals. This realm continuously refreshes itself every moment. The quantum field is constantly creative, and we are designed to direct that creative manifestation with our conscious awareness. Our consciousness expresses itself as our personal energy signature, which we may perceive as our aura. The frequencies of our energy signature vibrations determine the quality of our experiences. Since we are part of the human collective, we participate in the collective dream of the empirical realm. As observers we do not need to feed it our energy, but we have the power to do so through our attention and our intentions, our imagination and feelings. When we hold the consciousness of judgment and insecurity, we create experiences that align with those energies. When we hold health and abundance in our self-identity, we create experiences of that quality. If we choose to be attuned to the energy of our heart and feel love and compassion, we create experiences in the same energy spectrum as that of peace, love and joy.

The Mastery of Life

The single greatest cause of our quality of life is our energy signature. It is the composite vibratory level of our predominant thoughts, emotions, beliefs and intentions. It has a wavelength and frequency pattern that is unique to each of us. As we use our free will to focus our attention through our emotions on scenarios real or imaginary, we influence our vibratory signature higher or lower. The lower we go, the worse we feel, and the higher vibrations we go into, the better we feel. Along with feeling better, higher vibrations generate other emotions in the same spectrum, such as joy, peacefulness, gratitude, love, compassion and beauty. When we have freed ourselves from the boundaries that have limited our awareness in our conscious and subconscious minds, we can live in a higher spectrum of energy. We gain wisdom and understanding on a higher level, and our awareness expands to higher vibratory experiences. We move from self-enslavement to self-mastery. Instead of feeling compelled to do anything that we would not naturally choose to do, we can declare our sovereignty as divine beings, eternally free and independent, knowing that we are unique aspects or extensions of the One Consciousness. As a result, we can create whatever we need, when our desire comes from the purity of our intention for the good of all, because we are all of the same consciousness.

The Nature of Our Being

The presence of our personal conscious self-awareness expresses itself as an electromagnetic wave pattern that is multi-dimensional and eternal in its being. This is our true energetic expression or light body. It is our personal essence. We are naturally attuned to our own energy spectrum, which expresses itself as our sense of being present. The expanse of our consciousness is limited by our beliefs and intentions. These are all part of our self-identity, which needs to be clear, if we want to know who we are and what our true environment is. To know our true essence, we need to leave all of the energy of low vibrations out of our consciousness. We must withdraw all of our life force from that realm, because it is parasitic. It has little life force of its own and cannot exist unless we give it life through our attention, imagination and emotions. Our awareness of low-vibrational energy can be only in passing. The low-vibrational entities that we encounter have cut themselves off from most of the conscious life force flowing to us out of our Creator. They have separated themselves and stopped recognizing the Creator. Their only source of life force is to take it from others who are brighter, higher in frequency. In order to do so, they have to lead their victim to lower the frequency of her/his attention and to focus within the lower frequency spectrum. They often do this by projecting fearful scenarios to us, with the intent that we’ll become fearful and join their consciousness. Here everything is based on fear in all of its possible manifestations. This is where they feed on our life force. The way out is to change focus and consciously free ourselves from any connection there. Cut the etheric cords. We have the ability to give our attention only to scenarios of high frequencies, those that elevate us. We can be aware of our being without end, just being consciously present with zero-point awareness and objectivity. Deep, rhythmic breathing can be our resting point when we need to change focus, especially while facing a challenge. Nothing can invade our being without our permission. It is energetically impossible. We can be confident in our eternal being of infinite abilities of every kind, limited only by our imagination, emotional spectrum and personal beliefs and perspectives. These are all things that can be resolved, as our conscious awareness greatly expands in understanding and can create experiences in the spectrum of beauty, joy and love.

Our Personal Energy Field

Because we are energy beings, our consciousness encompasses much more than our bodies. We have an energy field that surrounds us, radiating the vibrations of our energy signature. When we’re aligned with our heart energy, our energy field is about as far outside of the body as we can reach. When we are contracted in fear, our energy field also contracts and may be held tightly against the body in protection. To be expansive in our being, we must align with our deepest sense of unconditional love, which is our true nature. We must transform all of our deepest fears into forgiveness, gratitude and love. As we raise our vibrations through awareness of our true being, our energy field expands in radiance and beauty. Our awareness also expands with our energy field, and we become more intuitive and telepathic. We become more heart-centered in our personal relationships and with ourselves.

How Are We Beings of Light?

Humans emit biophotons, which can be released through mental intention and can stimulate cell-to-cell communication and DNA activity. Photons are quantities of energy without mass (scientists ask how is this possible) that have measurable velocity and momentum. They appear as energy waves or particles, depending on whether or not they are being observed. Their movement creates interference with the movement of other photons and electrons. Although one photon is not visible to our eyes, it exists within our visible light spectrum and can be measured by sensitive instruments. The purer our creative intentions and the more passion we put into them, the more biophotons we emit. These constitute our aura. Photons also are highly conscious beings. They know when they’re being observed, and they know how to get to where they’re going, regardless of obstacles. If there is a pathway or many, the photon will know them all instantaneously and use them all. It exists in the quantum state and can be in more than one place at the same time. Its awareness is unlimited. It can synchronize itself with the quantum state of the universe. We can emit biophotons because we have all of the capabilities of the photon, or we could not emit it. It must derive all of its abilities from its creator. Since we emit biophotons, we must be endowed by our Creator to have the abilities of the photon. This implies that we have identities as both energetic quantity and physical presence. We can manifest as energy beings or as physical beings. We can travel out of the body astrally in dreams, daydreams and deep meditation. When the physical body dies, the conscious energy being continues to exist with its abilities no longer limited by the material awareness. Thus we are beings of light, and the quantum state in which we are the brightest is in our heart energy. This is most excited by love, joy and compassion.

How Wonderful Can Our Present Life Be?

Is it possible for any of us to live a miraculous and joyful life in the current situation that any of us may find ourselves involved in? What binds any of us to unfulfilling personal drama, poverty, illness or any kind of suffering, and why are we involved in these conditions? We’ve developed our perspectives over many lifetimes and have chosen to live as successfully as we can with our physical, mental and emotional resources as separate human beings with our ego consciousness to guide us, and then we die. This is our condition and our chosen predicament. What more is there? Many beliefs about an after-life are offered to us, but until we actually experience something better, how are we to know any different? Ultimately we must be our own teachers. We must learn how life works and how to expand our own conscious awareness to encompass everything we want to know, and we must train ourselves to live according to the highest and best ways that we can know. From the perspective of material reality, quantum physics has given us the knowledge of the energetic basis of everything that exists. It has shown that everything arises from universal consciousness in a perfectly designed cosmos that operates according to intricate patterns of interacting energy waves. Everything participates in universal consciousness, from the tiniest sub-atomic particles and waves to the greatest genius of humanity and galactic star systems. Humanity has the self-motivated option to think, feel and behave in ways that detract from the cosmic design. We can live in ignorance of universal truth or in intentional delusion, if we choose or allow ourselves to be trained to do so. This is the reason we live in fear, suffer and feel unfulfilled. We are designed to live in harmony with all that is and to feel fulfilled in every way, but we have chosen to experience what happens when we become gremlins in the grand design. Now we know this experience, and we have the opportunity to become self-aware of our true being. We can use our own awareness to expand itself, because all of our limitations are self-imposed, even if we are born into challenging situations. They are fear-based. They enclose us in time and space in a dimension that we share with humanity. Occasionally we have glimpses of a higher realm of joy and deepest love. These glimpses can be the key to our escape from dire situations. It is our realization of our highest emotions that can raise our energy signature and take us into our freedom and the true expression of our Being. By focusing on our feelings of love and compassion for ourselves and others, we attract the energies that resonate with those feelings, and our life situation becomes more beautiful and fulfilling. This is how we call miracles into our lives and rise above all sense of poverty and enslavement. We can become aware of our true presence as an eternal self-aware Being of deepest love and joy submerged in and arising out of universal consciousness that penetrates and enforms everything. We extend our consciousness into our physical presence, and we continue to live in dimensions beyond the empirical. All we need is our recognition and realization of our true Being.

We Are Transformational Beings

Because we are of the same essence as our Creator, every moment of our lives is a moment of creation. Most of us, however, are largely unconscious creators. We can begin to recognize what our consciousness is capable of and how we’re currently using it. When we move through life reacting emotionally to every situation we find ourselves in, we are recreating the quality of that situation in our experience. We can recognize what is happening, what our conscious self is doing. Do we feel attacked? Do we feel shamed, insulted, angry, depressed, robbed, anxious or afraid? All of that arises from a pretended self-image. We’re here to know deeply how all of that feels, so that we can forever compare it to our true self and not be led back into the dark side. By now many of us have had enough of the low-vibration dark experience, and it’s clear that we prefer the light. Once we know that we are responsible for creating every moment of our lives, we pay attention to how everything feels. If there’s a tinge of fear, we can change our attention to higher-vibration feelings and thoughts. Our true self has no fear. We know deep within, that we are sovereign eternal beings. We cannot be hurt or threatened, because we are eternal beings expressing ourselves as patterns of quantum energy. A portion of us is embodied and has many false limitations within our conscious awareness. Our present awareness usually resides in this false self that is completely identified with the physical body. By paying attention to our feelings, we can let ourselves feel our way into the emotions that we most love and want to live in. We can expand our imagination exponentially to experience a realm of peace, love, abundance, compassion and joy. Going into this space a few times every day clears the path to alignment with the divine Self. Our experience at this point is changing to a higher-frequency spectrum of life, and we are becoming more radiant with much deeper understanding.

Observation and Recognition Create Experience

What we experience as our reality has been shown by quantum physicists to be non-existent apart from our recognition of it. It is continually coming into recognition and dissolving into unperceived energy in the quantum field of all potentialities. We have the free will to decide what to recognize. Whatever we do recognize immediately expresses itself in our reality. What we do not pay attention to returns to the quantum realm of all potentiality. There are as many versions of our experienced reality as there are individuals recognizing them. We experience our real-ity by what we recognize. We are free to choose to recognize anything we can imagine, because the energetic field that we live in has infinite potential worlds of experience. Our imagination can consciously change the forms of our experiences. The quality of our lives is determined by our personal energy signature, which we can also intentionally change. We can have myriads of different beliefs and ways of being, all in the same world, when these energies all vibrate with their resonant frequencies within a spectrum of energies that we experience as empirical. Within this energy spectrum there are low-frequency experiences that feel fearful in some way, and high-frequency experiences that feel elevating, loving, kind and joyous. By expressing our higher-frequency emotions, we elevate our energy signature, raising the quality of our experiences. By imagining ourselves in situations where those emotions are felt, we can recognize experiences that we are attracted to by the energy of our heart-mind, the intelligence of our heart. The deeper we journey into this way of being, the more expansive our awareness becomes, as we realize that unconditional creative love enlivens every experience. By changing what we intentionally believe and recognize, we change our life experiences accordingly.

Mastery of Life

Because everything that exists is held in consciousness at created frequencies, some conscious director must create the frequen – cies. Let’s call this universal self-realized consciousness the Creator. Everything the Creator has imagined and felt into existence is in a resonant frequency with its originator. From our human perspective, this is a very high frequency of being. This is the natural state of everything. We are the potentially anomalous energy creators, because our consciousness is free to create experiences for ourselves of any frequency and density we can imagine and feel. All we have to do is realize and believe that we truly have this ability, because we do. We have the ability to perceive far beyond the frequency range of the empirical world and to create the experiences our hearts desire. There is no karma in this quest, because it is a journey of the heart. It is prompted through our emotions and intuition, and it goes beyond the ability of the conscious mind, which must wait with patience and observe. We are training our ego with great love and assurance. Our consciousness modulates the vibrations in the quantum field of unlimited energy waves and patterns surrounding us with the quality of our predominant thoughts and emotions. This creates our experience and is expressed in our energy signature, which radiates its frequency spectrum into the quantum field. If we just keep feeling for the unconditional love that constantly flows through us as the energy of our heart, we can totally change our situation and transform our consciousness into its naturally divine essence. If we can truly realize who we are as eternal Beings, we can live in a world of peace, abundance, joy and unconditional love flowing constantly from our Creator, and we can do this now. It immediately sets us on the path toward higher consciousness.

How Is It Possible for Us to Love Unconditionally?

What keeps us from being able to do so? Fear is our great undoing. Without fear, however, we could not have survived as ego-based beings on this planet, because for thousands of years we have been threatened and intimidated to be fearful, lest we be tortured and killed, if we did not allow ourselves to be subjected to the dictates of our rulers. This energy is still present. In many places, if we do not submit to DNA-altering vaccines and mask-wearing, we are not allowed to enter a grocery store or travel or do many other things. We are made to submit voluntarily against our better judgment in order

In our culture there has been a great divide between science and spirituality. Scientific knowledge has been limited to the empirical world, and the human mind has been thought to be an operation of the physical brain, at least until the birth of quantum physics at the turn of the twentieth century. With the simple double slit experiment with photons, scientists discovered the quantum field of all potentialities and universal consciousness. Physics became mysterious and ultimately challenging to the established scientific community. Although they must accept its proof, most physicists today refuse to recognize its implications for our understanding of reality, because doing so would mean that the empirical world is an electromagnetic field of quantum energy held in place by the conscious participation of all members of humanity. The leap in understanding is too great. This knowledge had been the exclusive purview of Christian mystics, Islamic Sufis, Tibetan Mahayana Buddhist Rinpoches, yogis, shamans and spiritual adventurers. Now, however, science and spirituality have united in understanding that consciousness is the basis of everything. The human brain is only an instrument of our consciousness, which is beyond the physical. From a practiced position of emptiness or zero-point consciousness, we can create anything that we imagine and feel, in complete alignment with its vibratory patterns. By gaining absolute control of their attention, spiritual masters can conjure up the physical presence of deities and ascended Beings. The world we experience is a creation of our own being, arising from the unified quantum field through our recognition of energetic wave patterns that we imagine and feel. These wave patterns appear physical through our recognition and interpretation within our own consciousness. They appear and disappear innumerable times every second and seem solid, just as individual images slide through a movie projector and appear to be a flow of moving scenes. What is real is consciousness. It is all-pervasive throughout the cosmos and perhaps beyond. Universal consciousness expresses itself as the unified quantum field of all potentialities. This is a plasma electromagnetic expanse of wave patterns, radiant with photons and life force. The seers and mystics perceive that there is a quality of unconditional love that is inherent in universal consciousness. This has not yet been recognized by quantum physicists, but it is implied by the organization of the living cosmos. Everything is conscious and works in perfect harmony, with the exception of humanity, due to our desire to use our free will to explore anomalous vibrations under the guise of self-created limitations to our awareness. We inhabit a living planet with a resonant frequency that has remained historically at 7.83 cycles per second, but this is now increasing under the influx of massive waves of gamma ray photons and solar ejections that are raising the resonant frequency far beyond its historical pattern. In order to continue living here, humanity must raise its resonant frequency in alignment with the Earth. This brings a change in consciousness to higher vibrations of peace, joy and compassion. It awakens an awareness of expanded consciousness and brilliant Self-identity. We are moving beyond the empirical illusion into a magical realm of ethereal beauty and love. This book is a guide to making this reality adjustment in our lives.

The Power of Our Perspective

Personal and Collective Opportunity

From quantum physics experiments, we know that sub-atomic particles can be in more than one place at the same time. This is possible in the quantum field, but not if human consciousness or its technological extension is observing. We have programmed ourselves to interpret a limited spectrum of energy in the quantum field as empirical reality. Since sub-atomic entities can manifest either as patterns of electromagnetic waves or as particles, by implication everything that they comprise has the same quality. Are we actually a part of empirical reality, or are we just observers of this entire spectrum of vibrations without limitations? We may just be playing parts in a drama that we’re involved in emotionally and mentally. It seems like the entirety of our reality. We have been masterful in limiting our conscious spectrum of vibrations in order for us to have experiences that we could never have, if we actually knew who we are beyond the empirical spectrum. But now it is time to end the historical spectrum of resonance and depart from the drama of the world we have known. The Shumann resonance of the Earth is rising to a higher spectrum of vibrations. This requires a leap in awareness on the part of humanity in order to remain conscious on this planet. We are intentionally becoming aware of a higher spectrum of emotions. These are all emotions without fear. They all inherently feel attractive to us, and they all vibrate with the frequencies of gratitude, love and joy. If we can elevate the frequencies of our energy signatures to vibrate in resonance with gratitude, love and joy, we can actually live in this spectrum, as it elevates our experiences magically. This is possible because everything about us arises and demises in cycles from the quantum field continuously. We modulate all of the energies in our awareness. That’s the reason that energy waves in a certain spectrum change to particles in our perception when we recognize them as such. By our very nature, we change the energy that we recognize all the time. Our predominant vibrations of thought and emotion are constantly creating for us new experiences of the same quality as the awareness of the creator. By intentionally imagining high-vibration scenarios and feeling ourselves living in them, the quantum field manifests the changed energy spectrum. In this way we create our new lives. y, we have a much more complete perspective on life. We have the conscious choice of living a beautiful and fulfilling life and being able to share this energy with everyone we encounter

Adjusting Our Perspective

How do we gain the most beneficial perspective for ourselves?

Let’s look at the nature of a perspective. It arises from our understanding of ourselves, of who we believe we are and what we believe are our capabilities. In our current matrix-dreamed reality we believe we are completely limited in our consciousness to awareness of a limited spectrum of energies that our consciousness interprets as empirical. These are the vibrations that stimulate all of our senses, which are intimately connected to our emotional nature. Our ego-mind consciousness cannot easily allow our awareness to penetrate beyond our beliefs about ourselves; however, our emotional nature is not so tightly bound to the ego, and through our feelings, we can transcend our current experience. We do have emotional boundaries that were formed by inherited and experiential serious difficulties. We need to resolve these by transforming their energies into feelings of goodness and joy. These high-vibration feelings will carry our imaginations into visions of magic and wonder. The transformation process begins by recognizing our boundaries, both emotional and our beliefs about ourselves. We need to question seriously all of them. If possible, we may realize their origins and purpose, and ask if we want to continue to feel anything that came from fear. In order to transform the fear of pain and mortality, we need to know that we are eternal beings. This is a leap in consciousness. In our emotional being, we can just keep getting higher by intentional seeking of the fullness of knowing unconditional love. In this state we can recognize that our conscious awareness is unlimited. We can experience anything in the quantum field that we can feel and imagine. We can continue to move toward higher-frequency feelings and experience wonderful lives. Who do we find that we are? We are pure awareness. We express ourselves as patterns of electromagnetic waves in the quantum field. Each of us has an energy signature that vibrates within a spectrum of frequency. Out of this energy we express our physical presence, which we recognize as material. The empirical world can stimulate our emotions, and our emotions also create empirical experiences. By using our imagination together with our emotions, we become modulators of any energies we choose to be aware of. We can enhance their intensity by aligning with the energy patterns, or we can change the vibratory patterns of any energy that we choose to come into alignment with. We can intentionally choose high-vibrational emotions. From this perspective, we may choose to feel being in our current situations, while also being aware of knowing universal consciousness in the quantum field. We can know that everything has consciousness. Everything arises continuously from the One Being, whose consciousness expresses itself as all the energy patterns in existence and who is present with life-giving intent in awareness of the experiences of every conscious entity, including us. We are the personalized presence of our Creator.

Transforming Our Relationships

We have relationships with everyone and everything we recognize. What is the nature of a relationship? It is an exchange of energy vibrations by the beings who recognize each other. We live within an energy spectrum or dimension that is held in conscious awareness by all of humanity. Every human on Earth participates in this energy and interacts with its wave patterns and amplitudes. As we become aware of higher frequency emotions and let them draw us into greater joy, we attract relationships of trust, kindness and gratitude. We also radiate this energy from our energy signatures. As more and more of us open our awareness to greater love and joy, we transform the consciousness of humanity, as we all rise into a higher spectrum of greater joy. What is most important is that we feel high-frequency emotions and recognize them. This is the key to greater awareness, and this is where our perspective is going. Although we influence, through our energy signature, everything we recognize, we can have an even greater impact when we want to create something specific, through an intentional projection of energy, in which we use our creative imagination and emotions. Every form of electromagnetic energy exists in the quantum field of all potentialities. As we observe energy patterns, they become empirical for us. When we stop recognizing them, they return to being energy patterns in the quantum field. By recognizing these energies, we draw them into our experiences. If we are willing to realize unconditional love in our being, we become aware that we are infinitely powerful creators of whatever we can imagine and feel good about. We fill our lives with beauty and abundance, which we share with all. Constantly we modulate the energies around us with our energy signature and our intentions and feelings. Our intuition is clear for any interaction which is loving and joyous. In every area of our lives, we can live in deepest love, gratitude and joy, including our relationships with all of the things in our lives and our possessions, including money. Money is currency—it’s designed to flow. We enhance everything we recognize with the vibration of our perspective. This is how our attention is creative in modulating the energy patterns we recognize.

The Danger of Being Against Evil

Quantum physics has proved that electromagnetic wave patterns become material when we observe them. If we don’t give them our attention, they continue as wave patterns in the quantum field of all potentialities. To this extent we are creators. Our recognition brings into our empirical experience anything we can intend to see. This occurs in every spectrum of vibration where we are consciously aware. Everything out to infinity is available to us. The quantum field contains all potentialities—everything that could possibly happen anywhere. We bring into our reality what we recognize. Many movements around the world have been uprisings against mistreatment and enslavement. What happens with the energy of uprisings? It always works the same way. Those in control of the population trick the people into allowing themselves to be controlled. Then they become parasites until there is nothing left of the victims. Along the way the victims occasionally rebel. The heightened energy of the life force of the victims is creating more powerful energy for the focus of their attention– the energy of the oppressor, because the people recognize the reality of the oppressor and give it their life force through their anger and fear. There is nothing keeping the victims from disappearing from the parasites vibrationally. It is only their internal programming that keeps them enthralled. What can the victims do to escape? They can stop recognizing the oppressor and withhold their life force. The oppressor loses energy and disappears. The people can imagine themselves in a different world, a world of light and love and joy. If they can hold this focus, they no longer are attractive to the lower-vibrational beings. The magnetism has shifted and the energy signatures of the victims have risen in vibration into freedom. The visions of the people are their recognition of the component energies in the quantum field, which brings the vibration of the visions into materialization in their experience.

Personal Quantum Energetics

On the path to a higher vibration of living, we occasionally need to pause and just Self-realize. We can release all of our worldly concerns and focus entirely within our Being. We can use our imagination to create the best scenarios we want to experience and the most intense feelings of gratitude and joy. Even if we do this only momentarily whenever we can bring ourselves to do it, we find ourselves doing it easier and better more and more. We can imagine ourselves beyond our current boundaries and in this way transform them into more expansive vibrations of higher frequencies in resonance with the energy of our heart. We are creating a new reality of joy and wonder. This is the energy that humanity is moving into and is being assisted by the increasingly more intense incoming gamma ray very-high-frequency photons that are greatly increasing the resonating frequency of the Earth. Fighting in support or against low-frequency energies is pointless. We cannot involve ourselves in low-frequency patterns of energy and also stay in a high-frequency spectrum of vibrations. Some of us may choose to do so initially in an attempt to raise the resonant vibrations of the destructive energies or terminate them. The preferred way of raising the resonant frequency of any situation is to confront it as our higher Self, the divine One. By being present in high-frequency emotional energy, we transform the lower-frequency patterns. They either align with the higher frequencies, or they become unstable and dissolve. We can achieve a state of equilibrium within by resolving all dissonant energies that arise and by modulating them into alignment with higher consciousness or dissolving them. We are seeing this begin to happen in society. This is how energetics work in the quantum field and then manifest empirically. The most important intention for us now is to Self-realize— to know and feel who we are beyond our bodies, and to become aware of the quality of the highest vibrations in our energy signature, what it feels like to be our higher Self. We realize that we are eternal beings, expressing ourselves as our personal energy signature, a portion of which is manifesting as our physical presence living in the spectrum of humanity’s energy signature. We can realize our sovereignty. We cannot be threatened. We are eternal, absolute Beings, who are complete in ourselves in every way. We can create anything that we feel we need or want, always for the good of all participants. In universal consciousness, that means all conscious beings. We are unlimited in the empirical world, because we know how energetics work. It’s what we all know intuitively. By aligning ourselves with our high-frequency emotions and imaginings, we attract energy patterns that resonate with us. As we keep raising the frequency of our energy signatures, we live more high-frequency joyful and loving lives. Life is not a sequence of random events. We attract every event in our lives by the vibrations of our constantly-changing energy signature. As more of us vibrate at higher frequencies, it significantly raises the vibrational level of humanity’s energy signature and stimulates awakening.

Personal Fulfillment

We all want a better life. Each of us may imagine it differently, but we all want our physical needs taken care of. We want to share our lives with the ones we love the most and want to be present with. We want health and well-being and ultimately everlasting life. Above all we want to preserve and protect our consciousness. We want to enjoy life forever in greatest love and joy. If we were designed to have these experiences, let’s get with it! Every human can be completely fulfilled forever. Achieving fulfillment depends upon our state of being in our own consciousness. We express ourselves as quantum energetic configurations represented by our predominant thoughts, feelings, beliefs and perspectives. Our energetic signature radiates our vibrations into the quantum field and exchanges wave patterns with other conscious entities. We attract energy patterns that resonate with our own. If we want to elevate the quality of our lives, we need to elevate the frequency of our energy signature. Our energy generator is our emotional body, which identifies all of the energies around us and also expresses the energy that we radiate. It is our creative power source, and it issues from our heart. Through compassionate wisdom we must clear it of all of its scars and traumas accumulated in our lower vibrational experiences. We’ve learned many lessons and don’t need to repeat them. Now we can adjust our perspective on life. Our quest takes us into higher and higher vibrations of feelings and visions, seeking to expand our awareness into greater joy and love. This is the spectrum of high-frequency vibrations that leads to our fulfillment in every way. It is the dimension of knowing our true Being beyond our embodiment in time and space. We have a multi-dimensional presence and can be aware of the realm of beauty, joy, gratitude and bliss, while also being present in our current world, but with a transformed perspective. This process is open to all of us, and we’ll all be drawn this way eventually. Ultimately each of us travels this path within our own being. We become aware of our ability to transform low-frequency energy patterns that come into our attention, if we can maintain a high-frequency perspective. Our visions and emotions can align with a beautiful energy spectrum of brilliant feelings and experiences. We become attractive to resonant high-frequency wave patterns of joy and abundance, because we are flowing in alignment with the energy of the Creator, expressing itself in the quantum field as the life-giving consciousness of unconditional love. This is the essence of our Being. When we know and experience this level of frequency, everything we command and love comes to us.

How Are We All One Being?

We have all participated in designing and implementing the world that humanity experiences. We have been embodied many times and have played many roles, from the most despicable scoundrels to the brightest shining stars. We have played with dark energies of the worst kind and have been tortured for our strongest desires for freedom and higher consciousness. Now it’s time for us to forgive ourselves and everyone else. From the depths of our being we can be in compassion and forgiveness. The empirical world is so convincing as reality that we really believe we are separate beings. In the greater reality, however, we all arise from the same Being and share our essence with our Creator. In our consciousness and life force, we are all reflections of each other on an energetic level. What is important is that we don’t get stuck in low-frequency vibrations. Some beings have sought exorbitant amounts of money and power over others and have greatly mistreated those that they have conquered. This is where we’ve all been enslaved. For the victims to be angry, frustrated, hateful, depressed and judgmental keeps them in low vibrational experiences. Holding grudges is being stuck in low-vibration experiences. Forgiveness is necessary for ourselves for misguiding us by taking us into dark experiences that have created strong low-vibration emotions in us. These emotions can be transformed by recognizing them from a high-vibration perspective of compassionate wisdom. Our strong high-vibration presence will require low-vibrations to come into higher alignment, when encountering each other, or the low vibrations will destabilize and dissolve. We do not condone low-vibrational actors and their energy. We can withdraw our attention and our life force from them. The way out of poverty, victimization and oppression is by raising our vibrations through imagining and feeling forgiveness and love and even joyful scenarios for ourselves. These vibrations radiate throughout our being and reflect back to us as higher-vibrational experiences in miraculous ways. By living in our high-vibration inner world, we create a high-vibration world of experience in our conscious awareness. This becomes our reality.

Analyzing Our Life Path

We are always free to choose our next path in life, and our intuition will always guide us in each moment to make the best moves along that path, until we decide to change it. Our only obstacles are our own attachments and beliefs about ourselves. If we intend to follow our inner guidance most beneficially, it is imperative to become clear within our own being. Because we are energetic beings with our own personal energy signature, we vibrate at our own frequency. We attract other beings and circumstances that vibrate in resonance with us. We all have free choice always, in every circumstance. When we choose to express ourselves according to our highest passions, we are always guided intuitively toward the energetic manifestations that resonate with our heart-felt intentions. If we identify with our ego’s desires, preferences and personal beliefs, we cannot be open to our divine guidance. If we identify with our current circumstances, we continue to create more of the same. We have all been stuck in fear of some kind and rejection by others. By choosing intentionally or passively to subject ourselves to persons and circumstances that do not synchronize with us, we keep ourselves from personal fulfillment. As long as we feed our ego feelings of inferiority and need for someone or something outside of ourselves, we cannot recognize our true Being. The matrix that we have chosen to live within is designed to keep us entranced in Humanity’s low-vibration situations of injustice, poverty and enslavement. If we desire to live in a world of higher vibrations, a world of peace, love and joy, we must align our own being with these vibrations. All of life operates energetically. Our presence in our physical consciousness is only limited by our self-imposed limitations and boundaries. If we choose to move beyond all of this and into unlimited awareness and unconditional love, we must set our intention and heart-felt desire for this experience, and then open ourselves to our intuitive guidance without any distractions or attachments to persona, places and things. Once we begin to follow our inner guidance, our lives can become miraculously fulfilling in every way, regardless of our current circumstances.

Understanding the World We Inhabit

According to quantum physics, the world of our empirical senses is a complex structure of energy patterns that we all recognize and interpret as the reality of human experience. This conscious recognition could be no more substantial in its essence than a hologram. All of our senses are being stimulated by the vibrations that are within their operating energetic patterns. We have cooperatively created the forms and qualities of all of it by the operations of our consciousness. Everything we observe is a projection of our own consciousness. Without our conscious interpretation of wave patterns and vibrations, there would just be energy that we don’t recognize. Then where would we be? We would not be aware of anything, except our awareness. This is who we are. If we ever get to this place, it will change all of our false beliefs about ourselves. We’re not finished evolving and expanding by knowing our true identity within the limits of our ego awareness. There is more. We exist with our personal energy signature in the unified quantum field. How do we find our way around, when we don’t know anything except who we are? We use our imagination and our emotions. We create the quality of our life and let the quantum field fill in the resonant experiences. We can also create forms and scenarios. Everything we see on TV and in the movies is a creation of someone’s imagination and emotional involvement. We all do this all the time, without knowing what we’re doing. Introduction

This book is about using an understanding of quantum energetics to expand our conscious awareness into a higher dimension of resonant frequencies, taking our lives into a realm of love, joy, abundance and freedom. It begins with changing our emotional polarity from negative to positive, which may be a very challenging leap in consciousness. I invite you to come with me on the inner journey to realization of our expanded Self. Examining life from a perspective of quantum energetics enables us to see through some of the distractions and deceptions that normally keep us enthralled. Once we become adept at feeling the quality of energy within and around us, we can choose wisely how to encounter it, and whether to align with it or transform our perception. It is from within our own Being that we can know the truth about who we really are in our expanded Self and become the masters of our lives. The subject of this book is the quest to penetrate our limits (which are all self-imposed) and free ourselves to enjoy our unlimited awareness and creative abilities. We can learn to be sensitive to our intuitive guidance, which is our connection with the source of our conscious life force within the universal consciousness that expresses itself throughout the quantum field and in every living being. This guidance has a qualitative energetic expression that is beyond the duality of our human experience. We have lived within a limited compartment of consciousness as humans on this planet, but we are the only force that keeps us within these limits. As we learn to resolve our limiting beliefs and transcend our ego consciousness, we can align our thoughts and emotions with our intuition. This is the secret to living in a higher dimension of joy, love and sovereignty in the consciousness of the Creator. Significant Findings of the Quantum Sciences

Examining the Truth of our Being

If we really penetrate our inner knowing, we come to realize that our entire lives as human beings are illusory. For one thing, we believe that we live in a solid physical reality. For another, we believe that we are separate individual entities, apart from one another and from our Creator. A third illusion is that we are victims of circumstances, that everything that we experience happens to us from outside of our own consciousness, and that we affect our lives primarily by what we act upon and do. From the experiments and conclusions of quantum physics, we know that the empirical world that we experience is a result of our conscious interactions with an energetic field of electromagnetic waves. There is no physical reality apart from our own recognition of the energetic patterns that we consciously imagine and observe. We live in a sea of energy that is an expression of consciousness. Our physical experience is a result of our conscious intent and interpretation of the energetic patterns that we attract by our own polarity and vibratory patterns, and that we recognize in the quantum field of all potentialities. There is nothing solid about our world. It is entirely composed of subatomic, spinning energy patterns that we perceive as material, and that stimulate our senses. We cannot possibly exist as separate individuals, even though we believe that we are. This is a trick that we play on ourselves with our conscious compartmentalization. Quantum physics has shown that everything arises from consciousness, which is universal. There is only One consciousness, and it is the consciousness of the Being who creates everything. We arise from this consciousness and participate in it as completely as we allow ourselves to. From the reports of those who have died and returned to their bodies, as well as others who have expanded their awareness beyond time and space, we know that we are all of the same consciousness, which is eternal and pervades everyone and everything. We are fractals of Creator consciousness, and in our true Self, we transcend time and space. We control our expressions as individuals in all of our interactions and experiences. We are completely free to create any experience that we desire with our conscious mental and emotional intent. Nothing happens to us that we have not created in quality of energy or opened ourselves to experience. It is the operations of our consciousness that create our life experiences. Once we realize that we have created our own illusory, limiting beliefs, we can learn to unlimit ourselves and expand into awareness of our true Being.

Understanding Our Virtual-Reality Empirical World

Since quantum physicists have shown that consciousness is the source of everything, cognitive scientists have begun to analyze our interface with the physical world and to understand how we perceive what we believe is real. Because our perceptions are subjective, scientists look to mathematics for understanding, because math is objective and indisputable. It is assisted by our understanding that everything is a fractal of its inherent design. Nothing is solid. Everything that stimulates our senses is spinning patterns of electromagnetic energy waves held in form by Source consciousness, which we participate in, as fractals of Source consciousness. We have the ability to interface with the energetic patterns that we perceive as real. Our consciousness has no inherent limits. It is only our vibratory state of being that limits our awareness, and we have absolute control of this through our chosen focus of attention and the beliefs that we accept about ourselves. Through the polarity and vibratory frequency of our state of being, we create the quality of our experiences. All of our experiences happen within our own consciousness. There is nothing outside of our own eternal Being. We envelope the entire cosmos of all electromagnetic energy in many different patterns and potentials. Each of us is a portion of Source consciousness, all being part of the same Being, and each having free will to determine our own quality of experience. Through our focus on the thoughts and emotions that we entertain, we create the nature of our interface with the quantum field that we consciously inhabit. Thoughts and emotions are not part of our nature, but we become aware of them through our focus of attention and can experience them as our own. They exist in the plasma field of our environment. In every moment we have the choice of what we wish to be aware of, think about and feel. Because we are part of the human community, we share our conscious interface with other humans, and we also have our own unique experiences. The quality of what we experience is not dependent upon others or our environment, only upon our own focus of attention. Circumstances arrange themselves according to our own perspective, because we are energy modulators. This is the essence of our creative Being.

Understanding the Basic Principles of Our Lives

From experiments in quantum physics, we know that there is universal consciousness that all sub-atomic wave/particles participate in. Photons, for example, can be in many places at the same time, and they know where they all are and what their status is, even if they’re separated by light years apart. They are multi-dimensional and are not bound by space and time, but they can exist within space and time. They are part of our physical and psychic structure, giving us their attributes of multi-dimensionality and participation in universal consciousness, able to live unbounded within space and time. Although we inhabit an empirical aspect of consciousness, we are not bound within it, even though, from within it, it appears as if we are. Since our bindings are all self-imposed in the form of limiting beliefs about ourselves, we have the ability to free ourselves in our awareness. Through our imagination and emotions, we can transcend our current circumstances and transform our lives into whatever we desire. Universal consciousness is guided by an intelligence that we can call the Creator. Everything and everyone that exists is a fractalized expression of the Creator’s consciousness. Since we have self-realization, we participate in creative ability by the operations of our psyche. Consciousness expresses itself in energetic patterns of electromagnetic waves. Our thoughts operate electrically, and our emotions operate magnetically. Both conjoin to form energetic patterns of polarity and frequency. Within the empirical spectrum, they manifest as experiences for us. By our mental and emotional alignment with energetic patterns, we create our life experiences. Our predominant thoughts and feelings radiate their energy into the quantum field of all potentialities and attract compatible energetic patterns that we recognize and bring into manifestation in our experience. It is our recognition that enables them to become real for us. We can control our experiences through the focus of our attention and calling forth our emotions. As we learn how to choose and control our thoughts and emotions, we can control our state of being, resulting in the mastery of our life experiences. In this process we are guided in the most loving and joyous ways by our intuition, once we decide to become sensitive and aware of it. We can come into an understanding of how life works and how to master ourselves

Enhancing and Enlivening Ourselves

We know from quantum physics experiments that universal consciousness is the source of all energy and material manifestation. The Being or Source of universal consciousness exists beyond the grasp of physics. All Beings who arise from universal consciousness also participate in the same consciousness. This is a logical truth. It is revealed in the awareness of masters who deeply understand consciousness. These are spiritual masters like Jesus, and some are on our planet now. There have always been some here to balance the energy of humanity. This has enhanced our flow of life force from the conscious plasma envelope of life surrounding everything. In order to open ourselves to universal consciousness, we must resolve all of our self-imposed limitations. In our larger personal Being, we are unlimited in every way. In the traditional spectrum of humanity’s vibrations, the human mind cannot comprehend this, but we can recognize that there’s much more that we can experience. When we are open to it, our intuition brings realization to us through alignment with the energy of the heart of our Being. This is where we can experience the consciousness of the Creator Source of everything. Our bodies have their own consciousness, which is guided by the vibrations of our ego consciousness. The ego operates outside the energy of the heart in the low-vibration realm of fear and mortality. We can withdraw our life force from the low-vibration spectrum of frequencies by paying attention to life-enhancing energy patterns. These are in the spectrum of love, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, joy, personal sovereignty and abundance. We can connect intentionally with all of these vibrations, giving ourselves a perspective of compassionate wisdom. As we rise in our mental and emotional frequency spectrum, we expand our awareness and come to know the experience of greater love in our lives. Our bodies respond to these energies by regenerating and transforming into the manifestations of eternal enhanced awareness of beauty and health. Self-Realization may come gradually or suddenly, depending upon our openness, conscious intent, and willingness to follow our intuition. It is in this direction that the flow of life-enhancing energy is growing brighter in alignment with the rising vibrations of the Earth into the spectrum of love and compassion.

Moving Through Levels of Consciousness

In the beginning of creation, we did not exist in our personal consciousness, but we were points of light in the universal consciousness of the Prime Creator. We were involved in the creative process beyond space and time. As our personal self-awareness came into existence, we could recognize ourselves as each an eternal presence of Being, always existing and always creating. We are pure awareness in the quantum field of unlimited energy forms and patterns. We are the modulators of energy, constantly creating by the vibrations of our thoughts and emotions. In our true Presence, we can express ourselves in any form and in any timeline and dimension that we choose to focus upon. In order to have a real experience in the low vibratory realm of suffering, pain and fear, we agreed to have our awareness wiped clean upon incarnation on Earth. We have been unable to recognize our true Being and have experienced the full spectrum of fear. This is our final lifetime in a low-vibration earth human experience. We’re here to clear our consciousness and guide humanity into a higher realm of open awareness of our participation in universal consciousness and Creator awareness. As we come to elevate our awareness along with the rising resonant frequencies of our enveloping energetic flow, our personal relationships improve and become more heart-felt. Those who don’t align with our energetic signature disappear from our experience. We are comfortable in higher-frequency living. Higher frequencies of thoughts and emotions bring less fear and more love into our lives. To be truly clear in our consciousness, we must be able to be absolutely present conscious awareness all the time. This is what we are developing in our rising resonant energies. We are capable of awareness that may be infinite. There is so much available to us beyond the physical, and we have the opportunity to raise the vibrations of our physical bodies along with our consciousness. We are becoming aware of our ability to create experiences intentionally for ourselves, as they flow in harmony with unconditional love in universal consciousness. This is the electromagnetic direction that humanity is being drawn toward.

The Miracle of Compassion

Compassion is a high-frequency vibration. In our encounters with others, we always have a choice of how we want to feel and interact. Our best feelings are based in unconditional love, even when we are facing horrific evil. We cannot change the vibrations of others. We can only control our own vibrations, and we always have our own choice of how we want to feel. Our feelings control our vibrations and are broadcast into the quantum field enveloping us. They manifest our radiant aura, which is felt by everyone in our presence. Compassion is different from sympathy, which is an alignment with the lower-frequency energy that we face, opening ourselves to feeding our life force to lower vibrations. Compassion arises from the love of our higher Being and is a transmission of high-frequency energy that lifts the vibrations that we encounter into alignment with the attractive energy of love. We can know compassion by our alignment with the energy of the heart of our Being. By feeling and knowing intuitively in every moment the promptings from our innermost Being, we can be true and expansive in every encounter. Our innocence is our protection from low-frequency attack. By living in compassion and love, we are in a higher dimension than low-frequency energy attacks and are invisible to them, unless we choose to encounter them by lowering our vibrations in sympathy and fear. In order to have true compassion and love, we must resolve all of our limiting beliefs about ourselves and know that we are eternally conscious Beings of unlimited creative power. This is who we are beyond our limiting human experience, and we can come to know our true identity while embodied on this planet. We are of the same essence as the universally conscious Self-Realized Creator of all, whose consciousness we arise out of and participate in. We are fractals of the One. Based on what we know from quantum physics, this is the only logical reality, and it is the experience of all spiritual masters. This high-frequency level of experience is available to us by our choice. We only need to develop our inner sensitivity and awareness of our intuitive knowing, which has been dormant for eons of dense material living as humans. We can call it forth in our consciousness and open ourselves to miraculous lives.

Knowing What’s True

For eons we have regarded our mental processes and our will power as the source of our guidance and success in life. We have imagined that this is our inner power and the closest we can come to knowing the truth about life. We have limited ourselves to empirical experience and logic. Higher math comes closest to true knowing in the unenlightened mind, because it depends upon intuition. Only in the discoveries of quantum physics have we learned that there is much more to understand. We have learned that in our essence, we are our conscious awareness, which is unlimited beyond time and space. In our personal awareness, we are eternal, just as universal consciousness, which we participate in, is the eternal awareness of the Creator of all that exists. We are all fractals of the One Universal Being. There is only one consciousness, and we are designed to be able to have access to all of it. Our consciousness envelopes the entire cosmos and all that is. We can find ourselves at the beginning of our own awareness. This is the state of being where we just are present awareness. This awareness is our conscious life force flowing into us as unconditional love, connected in Being through universal consciousness with all conscious beings, which is everyone and everything. Everything has its own level of consciousness constantly flowing into its form and presence, with its own energy signature. Life flows through everything, expressing itself as energetic patterns of electromagnetic waves, some of which we can perceive as empirical experiences. We exist in many dimensions simultaneously. Everything that exists is present to our awareness here and now. We are aware of as much as our personally-created limitations will allow. We have had many beliefs about ourselves that have kept us compartmentalized in our awareness. We don’t need any of them, but they have been with us nearly our entire lives. They are all based on the fears and needs of our ego consciousness, which knows nothing beyond empirical experience and mental concepts, although we do have our imagination, which can be a link to higher awareness. The ego, however, cannot bridge the gap beyond mortality in time and space. We can thank our ego consciousness for giving us our human experiences in the empirical dimension, while we open our awareness to our etheric presence in a dimension of higher vibrations. In our etheric presence we can recognize our eternal Self.

Awareness beyond Belief

Quantum physics has proved that there is a universal consciousness that is the source of everything. Anyone can conduct these experiments and get the same result. This makes universal consciousness a scientific law. Everything has a consciousness that enables it to exist as its unique expression of being. What is our unique expression of being? How much conscious awareness are we capable of? Let’s examine our limitations and determine how to expand beyond them. When we incarnated, we lost our sense of Selfhood. We became dependent upon others for our physical nourishment and well-being, as well as learning the ways of human interactions. We developed ego consciousness and adopted an awareness of separation from the source of our Being. We learned to live in fear of termination. We have adopted a long list of beliefs that keep our awareness compartmentalized into a spectrum of vibrations that we all share. We believe in a physical world of reality outside of our own selves. We know that there are mysteries that don’t fit our version of reality. People have died and come back with amazing accounts of greatly expanded awareness. Some people are able to levitate, move objects with thought, know the thoughts and feelings of others and engage in conscious travel beyond the body. Some of us with disciplined minds and emotions can create things and change our circumstances at will. When we learn to meditate deeply and penetrate our consciousness beyond our beliefs, we are able to engage with the patterns of unseen energetic vibrations that envelop us in the quantum field. We can enter dimensions of frequencies beyond our human experience. The higher we go, the more beautiful and loving we feel. We can feel into an ecstatic realm in the vibrations that come through the heart of our Being. This is where we can know everything without thinking. We become pure personal awareness, unlimited in every way. With practice we can maintain awareness of conscious unconditional love flowing through us and radiating our inner light of photons into the quantum field that our awareness envelops, attracting all energies and beings around us into alignment with our energy signature. This is how miracles are created.

Choosing our Personal Circumstances

We are the creators of our personal reality, and we also influence everything beyond our own being, because we manifest ourselves as energetic presence. The most significant aspect of our being is our energetic vibration and polarity. We manifest ourselves as either negative, fear-based persons or positive, love-based persons. We can also be neutral observers. It is the neutral place where we can best detect the quality of energy in our presence and choose to align with it, just observe it or transform it. We become aware of the quality of the energies in our own being and in our encounters through our emotions. When we feel unhappy and unfulfilled, we are in low-frequency, negative and life-draining energy patterns. When we feel happy and joyful, we are in high-frequency, positive, light-filled and life-enhancing energy patterns We can feel that we have no choice about our experiences, especially when our circumstances are deeply negative, but this is not true. Through our attention, consciously and subconsciously, we have created the quality of our circumstances. Through the vibrations that we choose to hold in our thoughts and feelings, we electromagnetically attract the same quality of vibratory patterns into our experience. It is the intersection of our predominant thoughts and feelings that creates our personal energy signature. This is the frequency that we radiate into the quantum field for manifestation into our experiences. We are designed to align with the positive, unconditional love of the universal consciousness of our Creator essence. This is the direction of the flow of our conscious life force and is our natural state of being. This is the reason we feel good when we’re in the love vibration, and we feel bad when we’re in the fear vibration. We’re capable of many complex thoughts and feelings and personal dramas, but if we can understand the simple structure of our essence, we can choose to direct our lives in the best ways we desire.

Realizing Our Innate Abilities

We have lived in the low vibrations of victimhood, suffering and fear for eons. We have always wanted a better life of freedom, love, peace, beauty and abundance. Let’s examine the energy that has held us captive in experiences that we do not enjoy. We have blamed our oppressors for our suffering, but are they really the cause of how their actions affect us? To determine the truth of our experiences, we can examine the electromagnetic energy patterns involved in our lives and how we interact with them. Quantum physics has taught us that everything we experience is energy. By recognizing patterns of polarity and frequency of electromagnetic waves in the quantum field, we cause them to materialize in our experience. They

Foreword

The premise of this book is that we are much greater creatures than we have imagined possible. Beyond time and space, we live as our presence of awareness in many energetic dimensions. Although we are all part of the human experience, we each have our unique essence, all participating in the consciousness of the whole and constantly creating the qualities of our own experiences by our mental and emotional expressions. As we learn to control our thoughts and feelings by choosing the focus of our attention on the qualities flowing to us through the intuition of our heart, we can transform our lives into the experiences we truly want. Nothing exists beyond our own consciousness. Everything we are aware of exists as the choices we make with our attention. We are constantly interacting with electromagnetic waves that we attract and repel by our state of being, manifesting the qualities of our thoughts and feelings, all of which are part of universal consciousness. Our participation in creation is mandatory, but the quality of our participation is voluntary. We can live in freedom and abundance or in suffering and enslavement. For eons humans have chosen to live in fear. We have been programmed and conditioned by nearly every aspect of society to believe in our mortality and to fear for our existence, constantly struggling for survival and always wary of threats to our well-being. This is all imaginary. We can know that our awareness is eternal and infinite, and our creative ability is unlimited. We just need to stop sabotaging our creative efforts with our doubts and fixations. Considering how deeply programmed we are, the process of becoming completely positive is a challenge, but it is transformative for every aspect of our lives, and there are many ways of achieving this. We’ll analyze the spectrum of our human situation and provide a means for mastering it and realizing our nature as our eternal presence of awareness with infinite creative power in alignment with the life-enhancing conscious life force constantly flowing through the heart of our Being. This book builds upon the foundation established in the previous three volumes of this series. As we develop our mental and emotional mastery through our realization, we transform our own lives and become powerful transformers of humanity.

The Nature of Our Reality Experience

Can We Escape from Our Prison of Consciousness?

Moving into the dawn in a new era of history, humanity is being released from the enslavement that many of us were unaware of. Our programming and training have been so thorough, that we have believed that we are free. We have been free only within the confines of the police, the military and the banking and financial institutions. All multi-national corporations, governments and large social organizations have been controlled by dark energy, which is part of the passing era. The truth of our imprisonment is coming into the light, and now the challenge is for us to be ready to walk out the prison door into the light of the new world. Currently we are seeing the early beams of light seeping through the crack of the opening door. Most are not aware it this yet. But what will happen when the door sweeps open, and we can freely move into a world of light and love? Can we believe it? Can we trust that ascension is real? When all of us are out in the brightness of illumined consciousness, all of the darkest situations and beings that have inhabited them become obvious, and we see that there has been horrendous evil everywhere, feeding from the life force of humanity. These energies are now dissolving in the light and disappearing from our experiences. We can let them go, while maintaining a perspective of compassion for the lost ones and gratitude for our life essence, which shines in the light of Creator consciousness. The brightness of divine light may be too much for many, and they may choose to stay in the prison of duality, held in by fear and doubt. We need a spirit of adventure to wander into the vibrations of the unknown. What happens when we are loving and compassionate with everyone? How can we even do this, when there are unbelievable threats all around? In the energies of the new era, no threats are real. This was always true, but now it’s becoming more obvious. The power of the dark force has been built on the consciousness of their money, lots of it, stolen through trickery and treachery from all of us, while training us to believe that it is all for our best interests. Now the liquidity of money is disappearing quickly, and the psychopaths are being left to fight over what remains, leaving them without the ability to control us much longer. In response to rising positive energies and higher vibrations, our controllers are becoming desperate and going insane. Many have already left us. Our world is going through transformative changes that require us to peer deeply into dark energies and release any attachments we have to fear, anger and vindictiveness. We are being challenged to radiate unconditional love, compassion, gratitude and joy in the face of the worst evil. Intuitively, we can understand how the psychopaths took the dark path and became captive within it, unable to escape. Many were oppressed, and they became the oppressors, and the oppressors became the oppressed. We have been through it all. It is time to change our vibrations to life-enhancing energies for all in every moment, carrying us experientially beyond duality

Understanding Our Lives as Metaphors

When realized from an expanded perspective, our lives are constantly guided toward a more heart-felt expression of ourselves. When we’re in tune with our true essence, we flow through life easily, but when we veer too far off course, we struggle against our innate energy. Sometimes we’re so unaware, that we need a major event to shake us awake. Everything in our lives has a symbolic meaning for us to realize. When that meaning is of great importance, and we’re not getting it, we face great tragedy, making it impossible to continue as we have been. Every message to us is all around us, waiting for us to realize its meaning. If we understand our lives as symbolic, with much deeper meaning than we have realized, we can search for that meaning everywhere. When we search for it, it comes to us through the energy of the heart of our Being, our own inner knowing, and it encompasses our entire awareness. It is the dawning of our realization of who we really are and what we’re doing here. We are not mere humans as we have thought of our species. Humanity is our current personal expression, but we are so much more. Each of us has to know this for ourselves. It happens when we’re open to it and receptive without limits. Our self-imposed limiting beliefs about ourselves have kept us from realizing our expanded reality. By practicing being focused with our attention, we can control our thoughts and emotions so that we can be present in awareness in every moment. In this state of being, we can be open and receptive to our inner realization. No longer do we need to entertain anxiety in our ego-consciousness, because our natural flow is easy. Our gratitude keeps us aligned with our intuition. Gratitude has an energetic level that attracts resonating energetic patterns that we realize as our wonderful experiences. Once we enter this path, and until we are completely transformed, we will experience the results of our miss-directions. If we’re strongly attached to a limiting belief, we may encounter a great challenge that requires a new perspective. If we can accept this, the way is made clear for us to proceed through our transformation leading to our realization of eternal, infinite presence of awareness in unconditional love and joy beyond and including our human consciousness, and with infinite creative ability. We are a species with this potential level of consciousness. We can learn to open ourselves to its reality by developing acute sensitivity to our inner realization. In this state of Being, we allow ourselves to be guided by everything around us and within. We are not required to participate in negative experiences at their energetic level. When we can maintain alignment with gratitude, we are beyond the influence of negativity, and our experiences align with our energetic state of Being.

Preparing Ourselves for Our New Reality

In recent years our quality of life has taken a significant diminishment at the hands of the global elite. We have barely escaped terminal enslavement, and now the entire Matrix is coming apart and dissolving. What will replace it, and how will we survive without our psychopathic rulers? We do not need to know the details, or even the forms that will arise. We only need to be in gratitude and to know that we are always abundantly provided for. This would already have been our experience, except that we gave our divine inheritance away to the thieves and parasites by aligning ourselves with their energy, either by submission or rebellion. The new world is an experience of love, joy, abundance and freedom to do and be whatever and whoever we want, apart from interfering with another being, including the Earth. This may be beyond belief for many, considering our current predicament, which appears to be getting worse. It is only the dying throes of the parasites, as they thrash and scream insanely for their final apocalyptic moments, desperately trying to steal our life force through fear and intimidation. We are not required to give it to them. We have free will to choose how we think and feel about everything. No one can make us react to anything in fear or dread. We are the creators of our lives, and we always have been. By our naivete and acceptance of negative energy, usually disguised as positive by our rulers, we have allowed them to suck the life force out of us through taxes, currency manipulation, military conscription and warfare, interest charges, intentional plagues, poisoning of our food, water and air and enforced injection of toxic and lethal substances. But if we knew how to control our own energetic alignment, we never had to accept any of this. The appearance of physical solidity has beguiled us into thinking that the empirical world is our ultimate reality, when we now know through quantum experiments and mathematics that everything is energy, and materiality is only apparent. We are energetic beings. In fact, we are energetic modulators, able to control the quality of our experiences through the polarity and vibratory level of our imaginary visions and feelings, as we realize the light within all beings and situations. By aligning ourselves with the vibrations of vitality and transcendence, we attract only experiences that are in resonance with our state of being, regardless of the negative energies swirling around us. Positive energies are always present for us to experience, which becomes possible when we recognize them and align with them. As Jesus said we could, we now know how to do everything he could do and more

Being Human in a Time of Expanding Consciousness

In this most crucial time in human history, we are facing a complete transformation in our way of living and knowing our true identity. All of the structures and operations that we have depended upon and interacted with are breaking down. Our society is in chaos, our monetary system is beginning to fail, our governments are becoming tyrannical and destructive, and anger and violence are prevalent. Our conscious awareness has been limited by the belief that we exist only in an empirical world of time and space. For this experience, we created and developed our ego-consciousness, defined by our limiting beliefs about ourselves. Many have believed that we are on our own here, not knowing how we got here, or whether there is a purpose for us and a meaning for our lives. We’ve always had spiritual masters who were not subject to the same laws of the material world that everyone else is. The masters could expand their consciousness beyond the body and open their awareness to distant realms. They could change things in form and create whatever they wanted. They taught that all of us have these abilities, when we are open and receptive to our true Self. They taught that we are all the same Being with great creative ability. With the rise of quantum physics, and given the use of appropriate technology, anyone can prove that consciousness is universal and is the cause and basis of everything. We can logically deduce that universal consciousness is the expression of a conscious Being, who directs the existence and essence of everything. Everything exists within the consciousness of this Being, including us. Everything participates in consciousness, including things that we have regarded as inert. What does it mean that we participate in universal consciousness? In our potential realization, we are unlimited in awareness of the nature and quality of the Being who creates us, and we share in unlimited creative ability. We can potentially feel and know the nature of the Being whose consciousness we arise out of, and we are free to use our consciousness however we want. In the past, our cosmic environment was polarized for duality of light and dark, life-enhancement and life-diminishment. As we enter a new round of precessional planetary motion, the energetic resonance of the Earth has been changing toward only positive, life-enhancing energies. In expressing the unconditionally-loving feelings and thoughts of our Creator, we and our planet are evolving into greater awareness and conscious expansion of creative ability, in unity with all conscious life. We are designed to be creative in every way.

Elevating our Reality

We inhabit a realm that has an awareness threshold that keeps humans from recognizing other realities that interpenetrate ours on an energetic level. This threshold is within our consciousness and consists of our limiting beliefs about ourselves and about the nature of our reality. We have been choosing to focus our attention on one of the many channels in our potential awareness. If we desire, we can change channels and be in the awareness of another dimension of the expression of consciousness. If we shift from duality, where there is a mix of positive and negative energies, into only positive polarity, our entire lives change. This is such a major change, that it requires a lot of practice. Because we must live in the moment, we do not look for assurances outside of ourselves, and we need to be able to trust our intuition. By becoming sensitive to our inner knowing, we can access more assistance than we need. We have guides and angels, ascended masters and higher beings who offer assistance through the energy of our heart. If we do not align ourselves with any negative energy, which has an element of fear, we do not feed it our life force through our attention, and it disappears from our experience. It may still be happening around us, but it’s not in our personal lives. While we stay focused on positive, life enhancing experiences, we elevate our energy signature, and our radiance affects others around us. We attract those who resonate with our vibratory alignment. Once we learn to depend entirely on our intuition, we can resolve any remaining limitations hidden in our subconscious self. They dissolve, because they cannot exist without fear. Fear is absent in a positive perspective. There is only the level of joy, compassion, love, abundance, beauty, freedom and sovereignty. These are the qualities of a higher dimension that we can live in here and now, and they are our natural state of Being, when we are heart-centered.

Necessarily Transcending Ego-Consciousness

For eons our ego consciousness has guided us through the world of duality, believing that we are separate beings from one another, subject to the actions and controls of others outside of our own consciousness. Even now we wonder about our future. Will the monetary system crash and our money become worthless? Will there be expanded warfare? Will we be poisoned by the pharmaceutical, pesticide, herbicide and GMO companies? Will we become transhumanized by artificial intelligence and lose our free will? How can we withstand all of these outside threats to our well-being? The big question is, how do we know any of this is real? It is real, if we believe that it is. What if we choose not to believe it? Everything about the world that we experience as humans is a complex, interacting matrix of energetic patterns held in the consciousness of humanity as reality. Only can a powerful mass of awakened individuals change the conscious fixation of humanity, and this is transpiring, but we as individuals can change our own perspective and transcend the experiences of humanity. The quantum sciences of the past century have given us some wonderful insights about the nature of our reality. Things are not as they appear to most of us. If we reduce everything to a subatomic level, it becomes clear that every electromagnetic wave and pattern of waves exhibit conscious awareness. Energetic patterns that we recognize become empirical entities when we recognize them. They are also multidimensional and can exist in more than one place at the same time. From this we can deduce that they are expressions of consciousness, and that every aspect of ourselves is consciously aware. What does this have to do with our predicament as humans? We have the ability to control our consciousness. We can accept into our experience only the interactions that we desire. Just as our constituent parts are held in our consciousness, we have the ability to change the quality of their vibrations by our state of being. Everything in our bodies, our relationships and our experiences is a result of our beliefs and perspectives. The quality of our conscious awareness controls everything in our lives. Our ego consciousness cannot conceive of how this could be, but intuitively we can know and align ourselves with the vibrations that are most life-enhancing and empowering. Living in this knowing and feeling the energies that we are most attracted to results in living the expression and experience of these energies. Our life experiences come from within our own consciousness

Our Contributions to Divine Consciousness

We are experience creators within the consciousness of the Creator. Every experience in our awareness is in the universal consciousness of the Creator. Our human consciousness is confined to a self-limited spectrum of dualistic energetics. This is a clever game that we participate in, and we constantly contribute our experiences to universal consciousness. Aside from this game, these experiences would not be possible for us or any higher being to know. We have experienced our limited identity so intensely, that we have felt and believed ourselves to be separate from the consciousness of the Creator, even though this is impossible, or we would not exist. We know this innately, and quantum physicists have also concluded that universal consciousness is the source of everything within and beyond space and time. We exist within and beyond space and time in our conscious awareness. Our true awareness is infinite, as is our creative power. We are the ones who think, feel and sense experiences for universal consciousness. We have complete freedom to create energetic patterns with our state of being, our thoughts and feelings. We are players on the Earth stage, and we create the quality of our experiences just by how we believe ourselves to be. We also have the use of our intentional focus of attention and our ability to sense resonances and align with compatible energies. We can choose what we want to pay attention to, and we can use our attention intentionally in creative ways. By being in a positive state, commanding positive emotions, envisioning and thinking of life-enhancing scenarios, we create that energetic level for our experiences. The intentions that we create are universal. This is the reason that we naturally want life-enhancing experiences for everyone. Our intuition guides us to interact with others from this perspective. We can be entirely Self-motivated, Self-sustaining, and unconditionally loving of all life and everything in eternal gratitude. We are fractals of the Creator, existing eternally in universal consciousness. This awareness is available to us now.

Our Self-Expressions and Potential Awareness

Everything around us is a reflection of our own energetic creations. If we have been living under the guidance of our ego-consciousness, it is all a distraction from awareness of our true Being. We have kept ourselves interminably busy in patterns of survival, so that we have been unable to confront the truth about ourselves. We have not known the essence of who we are, or what our true abilities are. Our ego needs protection, care and adulation, because it is an artificial creation without its own life force. It exists by our recognition of it, and our belief in it as real. We have been trained to believe that we are our ego, empowered by our mysterious subconscious, and in extreme situations, guided by our superconscious or higher Self. To regain our connection to our true Self, we can evaluate the energy that we encounter and that flows through us. We can begin to determine its polarity. Is it negative, expressing some form of fear, or positive, expressing joy and life-enhancement? By moving away from fear and toward appreciation and gratitude in our own perspective in every situation, we can begin to transform our life experiences. Nothing comes into our experience, unless we recognize it and believe in its reality, giving it permission to enter our lives. The ruling elite have become masters at training us to comply with their program and accept our enslavement. We are now in the final act of this play, and our choice is either ultimate submission to transhumanism and complete enslavement or defiance and freedom to live in unconditional love and alignment with the consciousness of our Creator. The energy patterns for both of these scenarios have been intersecting for some time, but then began diverging. We are being compelled to choose the path of our destiny. The experience of duality or eternity.

The Necessary Ingredients for Creative Living

Most of humanity believes that what we experience through our senses is real, and that our real creative power is what we do physically in the world. This ignores what we know from quantum physics and spiritual teachings. The empirical world is our conscious interpretation of energy patterns that we recognize and make real for our selves as a result of our telepathic alignment with human consciousness. We can project ourselves into any social situations that we desire. It requires our alignment with the same quality of vibrations that we desire. We have the power of our imagination and intention to direct our vibration to whatever level we pay attention to. Our subconscious innate being has a strong influence on our experiences, and we must communicate with this part of ourselves with love and gratitude. This is the level of resonance where alignment with our innate being is possible without limitations. Because everything is electromagnetic energy patterns held in empirical manifestation for us by our consciousness, we can change those patterns by our intentional alignment with our natural energetics, which we know by how we feel most fulfilled, most compassionate and joyful. Once we know with confidence in out intuition that in our true Being we are our eternal present awareness, with unlimited creative power and ability, we have transcended belief of the ego and are free to expand our awareness into universal consciousness. In our current experience as humans on this planet, we must participate in a matrix of duality, but we are not limited to this level of consciousness. We have the ability to transcend duality by alignment with positive, high vibrations. We can shift our consciousness out of the realm of doubt and fear and into the realm of love and confidence. We don’t have to change anything in our lives, unless we want to, and we are constantly guided intuitively when we are aligned with the energy of our heart.

Introduction

My books are essays that arise in my intuitive knowing. I write about my inner experiences, and the process that I go through in being able to realize expanded consciousness. I write in the plural, because we are all the same consciousness playing the human drama with our personal experiences. Realizations come to me, penetrating deeper into my limiting beliefs, and I write about the process I go through to enter greater awareness. Many of my realizations are based on quantum physics and are logical extensions of physicists’ findings in the existence and pervasiveness of consciousness. Ancient esoteric spiritual teachings also prompt my deeper understanding. What I most love is writing about these things at this time of transition for humanity into a brighter expression of life. The cosmos is inviting and propelling us into expanding awareness of Self-Realization. Born with innate knowing of our essence, but without a clue of how to live in the energetically dense, largely negativelypolarized world of humanity, we telepathically pick up the perspectives and beliefs of our family and society, enclosing our awareness within the limits of human belief systems. We develop our ego-consciousness to enforce these limitations, so that we can have an authentic human experience without higher guidance. But no one beyond our own consciousness enforces our limitations. Innately we are completely free with infinite awareness and unlimited creative power. We are fractalized extensions of universal consciousness. Once we realize the truth of who we are, we can no longer be victims. We become masters of our lives. We can understand the play of consciousness that we are involved in. As we direct our state of being and act out our destined roles, we create the qualities of our experiences by the way we are, primarily how we feel and what we believe about ourselves. Realizing the dualistic, empirical world as our reality, and believing that nothing exists beyond our empirical experience, prevents us from awareness of a greater reality. If we want to open our awareness to a greater understanding and mastery of life and knowing our essence beyond time and space, we must pay attention to the consciousness of the source of our life-force. Why We Must Become Fearless

To be the best and most potent versions of ourselves, we must become fearless. We can transform the contracting energy of fear into the expansiveness of joy by our personal choices. We can learn to use our free will creatively and without limitation. We have learned to choose to live in doubt and fear, and we have made conditions that express the vibratory level of doubt and lovelessness. This is not a natural limitation. We have created it, and we can transform it. For us, it is a conscious choice. Once our sub-conscious is imprinted with our choice, regardless of why we made the choice, it establishes the polarity and vibratory level for our state of being, bringing our thoughts and emotions into alignment with its energetics. As long as we harbor doubt of any kind, we are experientially enslaved to its polarity, which is negative. We can choose love only by being fearless. When we feel doubt about anything arise in us, it is a signal for us to pay attention to what is going on. Instead of letting our ego-consciousness direct us into a situation in which we compromise our intention to be grateful, compassionate, loving and joyful, we have the power of choosing our vibratory level. In any moment, we can choose to be however we want mentally and emotionally, regardless of how imposing conflicting energies may be. In realizing that the power of our free will is an important ability, our intuition is our assistant for higher guidance. This is our heart-felt inner knowing, and it is constantly flowing wisdom and guidance for us to maintain the most positive perspective we can allow for ourselves. We all have it. We just need to pay attention to it and choose to follow its guidance. It is what we really know. The truth is self-evident in how we feel about it. It’s always a choice between what is life-enhancing for all, and what is life-diminishing. If we decide to be positive, we cannot be negative at the same time. This means that we either participate in the world of duality that is the human experience, or we transform ourselves by creating vibrations that result in our physical, mental and emotional processes, as well as our environment, becoming uplifting in every way. Because of our perspective, based in gratitude, joy, compassion, and love, we can have wonderful lives in every moment. Essentially, we can live in a parallel density, but in a higher dimension. Negativity can exist only if we create it within ourselves, which we have done for eons. We have believed that it is inherent to the reality that we recognize. It is. Duality requires both positive and negative. It could not exist without the light, because light is the source of existence. It is our conscious life force. The negative consumes light and blocks its radiance, converting its energy into self-destructiveness. All of this may happen In subtle and even confusing ways for us, because it is different from the way we have learned to expect to experience life. We have been fearful all the time, creating fearful experiences for ourselves. To be fearless is to know and trust our intuition absolutely. By following what we innately know, that stimulates us to feel gratitude and joy, we can trust that we’re aligned with the highest vibratory level. This is where the desires of our heart become clear. By following them, we enhance our lives in every way that we allow. With absolute confidence we can choose the energetics that we want to express within ourselves and radiate into the quantum field for manifestation among humanity.

Living in a Parallel Reality

If we want to experience living with the most wonderful feelings and visions, we can open ourselves to the highest positive vibrations that we are capable of receiving and sharing through our heart. In our creator essence, we receive awareness of energetic patterns that we open ourselves to. These energies we can modulate into our personal vibrations in alignment with the enhancement of all life. Every scenario in our experience has this potential. Our experiences are created by our choices of energetic alignment in our thoughts and emotions. Divine magic occurs when we choose to live in the dimension of gratitude and joy in every moment. We can enter an energetic world that is the same as the dualistic energies experienced by most of humanity, but our personal experiences can have the quality of strong expressions of our heart-consciousness. We do not suffer in the realm of duality, even though we are aware of it. When we intentionally create our personal reality through our realization of it, our lives can be filled with wonderful experiences. Since everything in our lives is an energetic expression of consciousness, our world arises for us from our realization of it. With our open imagination, and with clarity in our emotions, we can create our energetic state of being, expressing the radiance of energetic formations through our full consciousness. As we learn to penetrate the hidden, self-imposed, energetic patterns in our subconscious, we can fulfill our deepest needs for acceptance, love and absolute support in every way. We can intentionally open our awareness to our heart-consciousness by aligning with its vibratory resonance in gratitude, joy, compassion and love. The hidden fears, doubts and all negative energetics in our subconscious self are within us, because we have become attached to them, often through trauma and our family energetic inheritance. They live off of our life force, and are waiting for us to accept them and thank them for allowing us to have experiences that are impossible for us in our true infinite awareness. As a result of negative experiences, we are wiser and have greater compassion. Once we realize this, we no longer need these experiences and can release them in realizing our infinite Self in our eternal presence of awareness. By intentionally thinking about and feeling life-enhancing scenarios, and transforming negativity into positivity through our imagination and emotions by intentionally resonating in alignment with our heart-consciousness, we can transform our lives into experiences that we are truly grateful for in every way, and that manifest joy, love, abundance and freedom in ourselves and all around us.

A Path of Transformation

When we’re enveloped in the wilds of nature, perhaps high in the mountains with panoramic views and silence all around us, and feeling great gratitude and joy, we can ask the angels of the air to brighten our experience even more, which they love to do, when we ask and are open and receptive in complete confidence, because of our resonance with the nature spirits, the Spirit of the Earth and our heart-consciousness. When we are in alignment with our heart-consciousness, we can communicate telepathically with all beings and with the consciousness of all things.

When we align with our heart-consciousness, we can be expansive and ecstatic in the thorough enjoyment of being who we are in the magic of our powers of awareness and creative expression. This is our natural state of Being and is our experience, when we resolve and release our limited beliefs about ourselves. We can then enter the vibratory spectrum of absolute confidence in the creative impressions and expressions of our focus of attention. By aligning our perspective on life with the vibrations of joy and compassion, we can deeply understand every moment and live in our connection with universal consciousness and enhancement of all life.

By opening ourselves and wanting the awareness of our heart-consciousness, we can leave the world of duality and enter a higher dimension of expanded conscious awareness in unconditional love, personal fulfillment and infinite creative ability with our mental and emotional expressions. We can learn to use the power of our imagination to receive the expressions of heart-consciousness. We can call up emotions that feel the qualities of the vibrations that we are paying attention to, and we can be present as much as we desire at this vibratory level.

Living in the realm of gratitude and joy, we can be exempt from all negative experiences, because we realize that in the vibratory spectrum of heart-consciousness, there is always quantum support for us to achieve what our heart desires. The quantum field manifests our experiences in resonance with our predominant thoughts and feelings. As we learn to direct our thoughts and emotions to life-enhancing visions and scenarios, as well as just being present in gratitude and love, we leave the realm of duality and enter the realm of life experiences that become magical and wonderful. In this way we can transform our lives, and it can happen whenever we choose with strong enough intent of our entire consciousness.

Aligning with Ascension Energies

Our world of dualistic reality is being transformed into a higher, more positive vibratory band of energetics. Dualism is dissolving. Our world has been freed from negative control, and the energetic environment that we share is becoming a shared consciousness of the awareness of everyone. We can telepathically realize our natural state of Being as luminous Beings of eternal presence of awareness, endowed with infinitely powerful creative ability. We are fractals of Creator consciousness, awakening from of the hypnotic trance of humanity.

By paying attention to our intuitive knowing and aligning our feelings with the energy of our heart. In a very expansive way, we can elevate our own vibrations into joy and compassion. We can merge into our subconscious and resolve our limiting beliefs about ourselves. As we intentionally raise our vibrations positively, fear and doubt transmute into another dimension. We are now stimulated only by our own conscious awareness. We no longer need to stay in the compartment of consciousness that we have lived in.

As we resolve our limiting beliefs about ourselves, our ego-consciousness disappears, because it has been based on the negative vibrations of fear and doubt. Aligning with negative polarity, we could not be aware of our heart-consciousness and higher guidance. It is now easy to release our attachment to the limitations we accepted in our subjection to strong negativity, which no longer exists on this planet. What still appears to be negative governing power is only a show. It has no essence any more and can control us only if we believe it’s real and engage with its energetics.

Instead of reacting in life-diminishing ways to negative situations in our lives, we have the choice of paying attention to our heart-consciousness and being in gratitude and joy, even in ego-threatening situations. We can understand the energetics that are present and can transform them in our imagination and emotions by intentionally aligning with our heart-consciousness in awareness within universal consciousness. Because this vibratory level of awareness is in a different dimension from negativity, we can choose to be brought into alignment only by positivity. This is life-transforming for us. Our experiences manifest the energy of our heart, bringing us expanding joy and fulfillment.

Becoming a Spiritual Super Athlete

Super athletes are able to keep being more daring and to keep pushing human limits by convincingly imagining themselves doing it. This is also how we can achieve expanded consciousness and mastery of the material world. It is available to all of us. We just have to convincingly imagine and feel ourselves living in scenarios at its vibratory level. This is a challenge for us, because of the depth of programming that we have accepted about ourselves as limited in our ability to realize our true nature and infinite presence.

Imagining ourselves doing something extraordinary beyond physical feats and even psychological feats, is part of our creative ability. As we express our thoughts and emotions, their energetics radiate within and around us, attracting compatible energy patterns to provide experiences for us. When we are confident and assured, we modulate the energy patterns around us and within our awareness into resonance with us. Apart from any other influences or circumstances that we may be participating in, we have the ability to direct our thoughts and emotions through our imagination into alignment with our natural vibratory level in infinite presence of awareness.

Achieving infinite awareness comes naturally for us, once we free ourselves from believing that we are incapable of it. We have to resolve our limiting beliefs about ourselves and move beyond them. This is what makes a super athlete. We can all do this, once we can convince ourselves that we really are limitless.

A good practice can be examining our personal beliefs. What is their essence, what are they based on? We’ll find that all limitation is based on fear of some kind. It is produced in our own emotions. It does not exist outside of us. Because of the belief in suffering and mortality, fear is a necessary component of the human experience. The clue here is mortality. For a person enclosed within the conscious limitations of duality, it can be helpful to read accounts and watch videos of people who have had convincing out-of-body experiences and have returned to their momentarily dead bodies to tell us about what happened.

Our conscious awareness does not die; instead, we become much more expansively aware and without personal needs to satisfy. This is our natural state of being. In our essence, we are our presence of awareness. We have absolute control of our own energies always, whether expressing ourselves through our physical bodies or beyond them, but we must learn how to direct our attention and how to align emotionally in every moment with the energetic levels that are enhancing for all life, and not have interference from our ego-consciousness.

Being the Persons We Really Want to Be

Within the realm of our participation in duality, the negative force became strong enough to be much greater than the dimension that we recognize. Negative-creating beings learned how to enter our consciousness and find vulnerabilities that could cause us to compromise our intentions. These are vibratory levels that we experience when we assimilate the belief that our consciousness will ultimately be terminated. This is the fundamental belief that is the basis for all of our other limiting beliefs about ourselves. This is the basis of all of our fears, and we must resolve and transform it into the experience of our true essence as our infinitely-powerful-creator-presence of eternal awareness.

It is impossible for us to be terminated. In the world of empirical duality, our awareness is limited to one dimension of density in consciousness, but our physical presence is only a partial expression of ourselves. We know from the reports given by those who have died physically, but then came back, that our awareness expands greatly upon disembodiment and unattachment from limitations. Without the body we are our pure essence of conscious awareness, unlimited in every way and able to express ourselves in any way that we imagine. We can know everything about everyone and everything. Our consciousness envelops the cosmos and beyond, and universal consciousness is our realization.

Once we learn to release attachments to limitations, we are truly free to be the persons we deeply long to be. We must face our belief in personal termination. We can know that we exist beyond all energetics, and we express our vibratory presence energetically. In our presence of awareness beyond time/space, we have free access to the consciousness of the Creator and the awareness of all conscious creatures. At this point, we participate differently in the world of human experience.

We can be aware in every moment that any presence of negativity in our personal experience is a result of our mental and emotional recognition, alignment and engagement with it. When we do not give it reality through our realization, it cannot exist for us. Every scenario in our experience has an infinite number of ways for us to experience it, and we are free to choose any of them. Without fear and doubt, we are free to create all the desires of our heart for our experience.

When we can live in the realm of gratitude, love and compassion, we can have confidence in our absolute creative ability just by our state of being. We create our personal energy signature, which then attracts and repels other energetic patterns. The ones that resonate with ours provide our experiences. Any of us can become masters of our lives, and we can experience the most wonderful relationships in deepest love and complete sovereignty.

A Path of Personal Transformation

As humans living in the spectrum of vibrations that we realize as real, we have a great challenge to realizing a more wonderful reality. Once we decide that we want to elevate our energetic expression, and live in a realm of love and joy, we have many options to expand our realization beyond our current limitations. If we feel imposed upon by a great force of negativity that threatens our physical lives, we may want to dissolve this experience, but we have trained ourselves to realize its reality, whenever its vibrations grab our attention. We feel compelled to engage with it. This brings our own thoughts and emotions in alignment with it, either for compliance and support or for resistance and anger. Both of these perspectives are the same kind of energy. It is restrictive and diminishing of life.

Until we are able to master the dualistic empirical world, we are governed by our ego-consciousness, which must protect itself from its believed suffering and mortality. This happens in us when we focus on the negativity of fear and doubt. We feel that we have no choice, and that we must deal with negativity on its own level. The more we engage with it, the more we give it control of our awareness. Our ego-consciousness feels that we must suffer in some way in order to survive and live comfortable lives. When we have no awareness of higher guidance, this is a true situation.

If we want awareness of our true intuition and divine guidance, there is a shift in our awareness that we must initiate intentionally. If we want expanded awareness, we must align our own vibratory level with gratitude, compassion and joy. We can recognize the quality of energies that we face, while maintaining our inner awareness as well. This is how we can realize and align with our inner knowing. Intuitively, we can participate in the consciousness of the Creator, and we can be unlimited in every way. When we can continue to feel unconditional love for the consciousness of everyone, regardless of their state of being, we can live in miraculous ways, while resolving and releasing our own negativity, which transforms our lives into experiences of gratitude and joy. We receive the feedback from our own vibratory level of love.

When we can stay completely positive in gratitude and love in every moment, while being in alignment with the vibrations of our heart-consciousness, we are free in every way, and we can choose to create without limit the experiences that resonate with our heart’s desires. This is how we transform our lives when we intentionally use our imagination and emotions to create experiences in alignment with our realization of the reality of love and light in the conscious life force of everyone. We can become master modulators of all patterns of energy by the power of our realization.
